Bilton Ajax Falcons U8s v TFA Lions Yellows U8s
The Falcons sponsored by Wood2U fielded their full team for the first time this season. They started dominatly with Oliver scoring within 2mins. Edward then got two on the 4th and 5th minutes. Oliver scored his 2nd goal on 7 mins and then got his hat trick by the 12th. At this point we allowed the mercy rule and TFA went up to 6 players on the pitch. Falcons asserted their dominance when Oliver scored his fourth goal on the 14th minute. Edward then completed his hat trick just before half time when the goalkeeper spilled the ball and he showed poachers instinct to nick a goal. Ben was first Falcons keeper to not concede a goal in a half. Second half started with same momentum as Lewis went on a great run and rounded the keeper to score his first goal. Lewis then attempted a lob from the half way line which hit the post, it was all one way traffic. Edward then got his fourth goal on 24th minute. Falcons got a bit complacent and TFA got a goal back to lift their spirits. Lewis scored again on 31 minutes before TFA got two more. Isaac got on the scoresheet right at the end to finish the game. Falcons played some great attacking football and thoroughly deserved the scoreline. Well done boys.
